Wessex String Quartet

The Wessex String Quartet can be found reguarly “busking” around dorset raising money not only for themselves but for many charitable causes.

Poole – Cherbourg
The quartet were please to be invited to play at the Poole – Cherbourg Twinning ceremony at St Peter’s Church Parkstone on Sunday 2nd September, They then went on tour with the Young Persons Concert Orchestra To Cherbourg where they gave a performance of Schubert’s Death and the Maiden quartet amoungst others. Two of the quartet members also stood in as soloists on the tour.
